Pros of the Lock Surgeon:
They arrived at my house fast - I was in a emergency situation where I needed my locks changed and they came within the hour.
The person who came to change our locks was very kind and professional.
However,
Two major CONS to Lock Surgeon is the locks themselves, AND their poor customer service in handling telephone inquiries.
