Company owner was too busy to come himself when i gave them a call. Without my consent he arranged for another company to come. The man who came did not speak propper English. It should have been a simple job to open my bathroom door locked from the inside. The "locksmith" ended up cracking my door frame. Tom did offer to repair the frame, but I did not want any more of his subcontractors working at my home. People i trust have told me if Tom comes to your home you get good service, but my personal experience is such that I will never call this company again.
