Went yesterday to have keys made, and the gentleman helping me was quite pleasant. Left, got into my car, and it wouldn’t start! I went back into the store, asked if the gentleman would help me, and within 10 minutes he jumped my car and was on my way. I’d say this was great customer service!

No wonder these guys don’t show up at their customers’ houses on time. From my cousin working there, briefly, they are overworked and underpaid. There is also suspected age discrimination going on there. That’s from my own experience.

Thank you Anthony for being a hero to my daughter! Her car key had fallen apart and her car was stuck in Hollywood. Anthony was able to make her a new key for a fraction of the price of going to a dealer. Despite not being able to pull the VIN to get the correct code, he managed to get her the right key. Great to see a company committed to their customers!

Made an appointment in advance for 12 noon. I called 1230 and was told he would be at my place by 100...I called again at 115 and was told he was 12 minutes away,,,He showed up at 3pm!!
He did the work and left an old piece in,,,he claimed it was to old to change,,,,I asked for a receipt and was told it will be send via email,,,Do u think I received a receipt!!
