My Family has been using Billy as a Lock smith for years and He's known by Everyone in town does excellent work . From the sounds of debbie's review seems she a little salty that a master key opened a different lock :)-

If you want more than a lock Smith call William Wheeler he will screw anything and refuse any one that says no
