I have an old lock on my house that my dad installed many years ago, and I have an odd sentimental attachment to it. This model is no longer made, so I can't even replace it. I took it off and brought it in, and they were able to rejuvenate it. I didn't know component parts, like a cylinder, were replaceable; I thought once the lock went wonky, it was trash. They could have easily made me spend a lot of money on a new lock and having it installed, but they didn't. They gave me a wonderful option and did amazing work.

Quoted $295 for a new key. Very nice guy. Hired to replace my chip key and tried to cancel when I realized neither key worked and it wasn’t the key. Said he could try to figure out the problem with the OBD. Wasn’t familiar with the OBD readout but got some help. Still wasn’t sure what the problem was so sent him on his way after getting charged $225.

Fred sent out a older man to open my door because I accidently picked up the wrong keys. The old man.did not know what he was doing. He stated that he did and knew the cylinder was 600.00. He destroyed my lock and I reported.him to BBB. I'm going to report him to the Police. He damages my lock and left my door unable to lock I believed that he did this on purpose. This company should get a 0. Becareful if a old man comes out to fix your lock. He doesn't know what he's doing. This is not a reliable company
