yesterday I was nearly run off the road by one of your drivers. It is not my responsibility to let someone onto the interstate. I'm already on and have the right of way. If you are merging onto the freeway, it if YOUR responsibility to adjust speed and find a safe spot to merge. Instead, your drive decided to ride beside me, start to go into the shoulder and cover over on top of me. They would have 100% hit me if I hadn't slammed on breaks... obviously not something you should do on the interstate.

The driver continued to move between traffic with no blinker and easily going 90mph. So yeah, I called. I'm that person. I was almost hit, had to slam on breaks and then watched this guy jerk between traffic. So I called and the employee didn't seem to give a crap. Didn't ask if I was ok, didn't apologize... nothing.

Apparently this is perfectly okay. I'm sure that I was just laughed at. But yeah, I get it. My safety and the safety of every other driver is pretty hilarious. Next time I'll just call hwy patrol since this company doesn't care.

I was treated courteously and helped immediately. Problem turned out to be 'Operator Error' on my part. They demonstrated correct usage of my 'key fob' and we all had a good laugh. Pam.
