I have used A1 in the past. Always great service BUT this time i was prepared what i had instore for me. My childrens mother broke her key in the ignition. Because of the great service before i went back to them. This time the service man came out amd ended up flirting and trying to take my kids mother out. It got to the point she was creeped out about it. Me her are not together but its sad when a man can’t control his urge. He took one of the keys with him nd now she thinks he is gonna stalk her or mess with her car. Just ashame. When did this become acceptable in business.

Quoted $295 for a new key. Very nice guy. Hired to replace my chip key and tried to cancel when I realized neither key worked and it wasn’t the key. Said he could try to figure out the problem with the OBD. Wasn’t familiar with the OBD readout but got some help. Still wasn’t sure what the problem was so sent him on his way after getting charged $225.

Fred sent out a older man to open my door because I accidently picked up the wrong keys. The old man.did not know what he was doing. He stated that he did and knew the cylinder was 600.00. He destroyed my lock and I reported.him to BBB. I'm going to report him to the Police. He damages my lock and left my door unable to lock I believed that he did this on purpose. This company should get a 0. Becareful if a old man comes out to fix your lock. He doesn't know what he's doing. This is not a reliable company
