Let me first punctuate, to have a real person answer the phone on the 2nd ring is awesome! Second, speak to the actual business owner =Sweet!! Third, John paused a job to come help me! Phenomenal! 10+ years ago I called John to replace/rebuild a lock for my home. This lock continues to perform to expectation. I found myself in a bind and needing lockout services. Not saving John’s business name 10 years ago caused me a bit of frustration as I tried to call several other numbers listed in the immediate area, only to be routed to a call center. I was reluctant to give my personal information out to a random call center person, especially knowing the nature of the job. After a few attempts, I found A1Safe and Lock.
