Had Olympic Lock and Key put in a new deadbolt in my house. He was very professional and courteous. He was reasonably priced and fair. The job was done extremely well. Great job!

Very nice man came to change my locks. Prior to coming he gave me a verbal estimate for service call and 2 locks but the bill ended up being much higher. Turns out the estimate didn't include labor for installing the locks. Service call, which I thought would cover the labor, was just a trip charge. Be aware of hidden charges!

Quoted $295 for a new key. Very nice guy. Hired to replace my chip key and tried to cancel when I realized neither key worked and it wasn’t the key. Said he could try to figure out the problem with the OBD. Wasn’t familiar with the OBD readout but got some help. Still wasn’t sure what the problem was so sent him on his way after getting charged $225.

Fred sent out a older man to open my door because I accidently picked up the wrong keys. The old man.did not know what he was doing. He stated that he did and knew the cylinder was 600.00. He destroyed my lock and I reported.him to BBB. I'm going to report him to the Police. He damages my lock and left my door unable to lock I believed that he did this on purpose. This company should get a 0. Becareful if a old man comes out to fix your lock. He doesn't know what he's doing. This is not a reliable company
