They were not polite when i called them on the phone. That should have been my first warning to stay away from these guys. Desperate enough, and be-course he quoted a fair price over the phone i decided to hire them when i was locked outside my home. Said he would arrive within 10 minutes, when he didn't arrive after an hour of waiting he said someone was on the way and should arrive any min. 2,5 hours after my initial phone-call, finally someone came. The guy barely said hi and started drilling out my deadbolt. After 30 min of aggressive drilling and hammering and kicking into my door finally the deadbolt slid off and they began removing the hardware. The door was opened, and they wanted to charge me almost tipple the amount that was agreed upon. After a long discussion, and paying the amount they asked for i finally got them to leave and called another locksmith to install a new lock in the door. Beware, this company is a total scam!
