Our grandchild got locked in the vehical . We called John and he arrived in less that 10 minutes and then apologized because if traffic. This guy is awesome. Took him no time to open the door. Then made me tear up, he didn't charge because a child was locked in the vehical!

I've been going to Mark for years. Never a problem. VERY knowledgeable and honest. I once put a Master lock key on the counter, and before I could say anything, he told me exactly what lock it went to (a Granger dumpster). He told me to save myself some cash and go to Granger and get a couple of keys free from them. That's exactly what I did. He knows locks and keys. PERIOD!

I would recommend this service to anybody who has ever locked their keys in their car or need a key made. The gentleman that unlocked our vehicle for us today was very kind and even gave us advice. They were fast I have barely called him and in five minutes he was here on the job and opened up our vehicle in less than one minute. 😊
