24/7 HA! Lost the keys to my house so I called this place. They had plans and couldn't get to me and recommended another place. What a joke, seriously don't claim to be 24/7 or even on call if you ain't capable of doing your job!

Terrible customer service! I went to the store at 8:30 and waited for 15 mins to see if they were gonna open or not. I then called and it rang and went to a voicemail where it then told me that they would be right with me and that my business was very important to them. I figured 6 mins and 30 seconds was long enough to hold. I went and found somebody that actually wants to be in business.
