We had an emergency situation and needed our business locks changed today. Jimmy was kind enough to revise his booked schedule and attend to us. He arrived within 45 minutes after calling him. Superior customer surface in every way. The happy surprise came with the bill, which was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this business. Given the emergency, I googled locksmiths and went down the list calling. All were busy but two locksmiths recommended Blair and Sons. This is also a testament to the excellent service they provide.

Scott and all his employees are great people! They go above and beyond to help you. I would recommend them to anyone who wants friendly and reliable service there is none better. Give them a try if you want an honest and good locksmith!!!

I would recommend these guys to anyone who is having problems with any kinds of locks. They are super friendly and fast with knowledgeable technicians on hand. Cheap and very reliable.

I called, and talked to Russ (i think) who said (at 11:20) "we're just finishing a job and we'll be out there in 20min or so." No call to me, no communication that they were running late. I complained that if I stood up my client or showed up late for work I would be fired. "things happen" When i got a little fiesty i was told "I don't work for you" (i agree, but i believe when I am paying for a service, there is a certain expectation of quality and good communcation). Russ told me "I'll not be admonished by anyone" When I said I'll find another locksmith he said "please do!" WOW. Classy. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. FIND ANOTHER LOCKSMITH

Find someone else. Unreliable, and difficult to schedule- made appointment after appointment with them, only to be let down with no shows. I really was questioning why I even continued to try and give them business. Very rude and objectionable with their interactions.

Called the locksmith and a guy named James arrived. We had locked ourselves out of our home so we were happy they came nice and quickly. Unfortunately James had to damage the old lock to get us unside the house. He managed to install a new one quickly and charged a fair price. Thanks James.

Not helpful at all. Wouldn’t cut a key blank for a Subaru, stating it wasn’t purchased there. We don’t cut blanks brought in. So I said how much are they here?” We don’t sell those here”, Another trip to Eau Claire, again.
