Lost my key to my car. Bill came to my house in a car with his wife, he could not find a key to Match he said so I came back he left for about a half an hour more and he still couldn’t find a key I had an appointment somewhere left and told my grandson to let me know when they get back and he comes back my grandson gave him the money and he said he would be back the next day to fix the key to match it and cut it he came back the key still wouldn’t work and he wouldn’t give me my money back he gave me the keys said at least unlocks itAnd then I had to go to a Ford dealership to get it to work
