We have worked with Bill to change the locks on our mom’s house and then to later re-key them. On both occasions, Bill was extremely courteous, did exactly what he said he would do, was able to quickly fit us into his schedule, and did a wonderful job. We would not hesitate to contact Bill for our future needs.
