Super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable (even about my lock from the 1920's). Was able to explain my problem and how to fix it with a replacement part he had in the shop. I highly recommend them!

I have called this locksmith numerous times and left messages, but no one has ever called my back. Are they in business anymore or just poor customer service??? I would NOT recommend using Green Mountain Lock.
