Alex changed my deadbolt locks for approval for occupancy inspection before we closed on our home. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the call of duty in coming out the night before our inspector arrived to fine tune my lock after the door had swollen from all the humidity and rain. Perfection! Such a nice young man..
