TERRIFIC! neighbors locked themselves out of the house "after hours". they were visiting, using the house with the owner's permission, but the owner lives near Seattle. Locksmith called owner, got permission, all taken care of quickly and without fuss. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! especially here on the peninsula where so many houses are second homes. VERY pleased!
