I couldn't give zero stars for their incompetence. Untrustworthy "company" who's drivers LIE to the receptionist to get out of towing one car 5 minutes! . Avoid at all costs, this is the second time they couldn't do their job!

Dan has been fixing my locks for about 12 years. Dan has been replacing, rekeying and installing locks in all of my properties. I would trust no one else with my homes. What a fabulous service experience. During these Corona crazy times my daughter had to move out of her apt near UVA. During her move she accidentally locked herself out of her apartment. I called the emergency hotline at the Greenhouse apt and they were absolutely no help at all. I called Bill at Access and told him of our situation. I was calling from Atlanta and my daughter was trying to get home asap. Bill was there within 15 minutes and helped her gain entrance so she could move out. I was 450 miles away and he took great care of her. Please if you need a locksmith call Bill at Access Locksmith. His prices are very reasonable and his empathy for the customer is outstanding.

Eric and Ori were excellent. They confirmed with me over the phone what I was looking to have done for my infinity Q60. Then they came out to my house and got it done. I was unsure at first, because I saw mixed reviews about the success rate for job completion online, but they put me at ease and got the job done. The price was affordable, the customer service was friendly and reliable.
